STATIONARY GANTRIES (STAGS)

STAGS are the workhorse system within the Confinity line-up.
Self-supporting, they can go virtually anywhere, including outdoors. They can be employed at interior cleaning operations seeking moderate throughput or sites looking to convert free-vacuum bays to paid interior cleaning operations. Systems are easily expanded by conjoining 2, 3, or 4 units side-by-side, and can include 2- or 4-robot arms per unit.

ARVeSS CONFINED SPACE MOTION PLANNING SOFTWARE

Each of Confinity’s robotic systems is run by the ARVeSS (Autonomous Robotic Vehicle Servicing Software) platform. This software provides the brains and data needed to conduct work on-the-fly in vehicles of all types. It adjusts the system to a car’s location, interprets its cabin configuration, and proceeds quickly and safely. The base module includes up-to-date recipes and data for interior cleaning; additional modules will be available for waxing, tire dressing, and other tasks, leveraging Confinity’s existing robotic systems.

Named for the company’s founder, the GUY-bot is a specialized system that finds its use in indoor spaces needing a compact solution. Because these systems mount to the ceiling, multiple systems can be fitted into dedicated areas with limited space, with consideration given to the building’s construction type. The open space beneath the systems creates simpler traffic management and ease of vehicle stacking. Systems can be purchased with 2- or 4-robot arm configurations.

Belt-integrated Gantries (BIGs)
LEARN MORE
BIGs are Confinity’s most sophisticated and highest-throughput systems, designed to work seamlessly with existing or new flat-belt interior cleaning operations. The continuously moving nature of these workflows requires added conveyor tracking and multi-modal safety approaches. Belt-integrated Gantries (BIGs) can achieve hourly rates of 40 to 50+ vehicles cleaned per belt with a bare minimum of labor.
