Stepping Into the Spotlight
In April 2025, Confinity Robotics emerged from stealth mode and made its public debut at the Car Wash Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. We introduced our robotic interior cleaning system for the first time to industry leaders, experts, and innovators who took notice and recognized our system as the breakthrough several had pursued for years but never quite achieved. Our technology stood out for its precision, intelligence, and practicality—setting a new benchmark for the car wash industry.
December 2024
First Patent Secured
In December 2023, Confinity Robotics was granted its first patent, protecting core innovations which underpin our robotic interior cleaning system. This milestone not only validated the uniqueness of our technology but also strengthened our position as a leader in the car wash automation space.
November 2023
Officially Founded
After years of research, development, and validation, we officially launched Confinity Robotics in November 2023. With a clear mission to redefine car interior cleaning through robotics and AI, we transitioned from a bold idea to a full-fledged company ready to bring our innovation to the world.
2019 - 2023
From Concept to Capability
With the idea in place, 2019 marked the beginning of feasibility assessments and early prototyping—starting with custom vacuum attachments. From 2020 to 2023, we embarked on a deep exploration of robotics, carefully selecting the right combination of robots, sensors, control systems and cleaning tools to meet the unique demands of car interiors. Alongside hardware development, we tackled complex perception, navigation, and computational challenges. In May 2023, we successfully demonstrated our proof of concept and submitted patents, solidifying our vision for intelligent interior automation.
2018
The Spark of an Idea
It began over beers and cornhole in 2018, when our founder asked a simple yet powerful question: Can robotics and AI be used to clean car interiors? While exterior car cleaning had seen significant automation, interior cleaning remained a tedious, manual task—especially in hard-to-reach corners. That question sparked a journey to revolutionize in-car cleanliness.
